FYI:

In case you are using SCCM with SQL Server 2019 and are seeing the following error when opening some of the Reports.

EXECUTE permission was denied on the object 'fnlsCas'

Just install following SQL Server 2019 hotfix KB4538581 and you are good to go 👍
